"Using Decort�s Perfumed Body Lotions has me rethinking my long-time habit of not layering fragrances. I�ve habitually avoided layering lotions and perfumes for fear of smelling too strongly at work or in the classroom. These J-beauty products, however, work beautifully on their own or when layered, and I like this lotion better when worn in tandem with its sister fragrance. Scent: Kimono Tsuya is billed as a floral musk, although the body lotion smells more warm than floral to my nose. Instead of having an overtly distinguishable fragrance, it�s more like a waft of floral, as if you briefly disturbed a rose bush just by walking by it. Kimono Tsuya warms with the skin as it absorbs, and you will hardly notice it unless you take to sniffing yourself obsessively. Texture: This is a true lotion with a cool, watery texture when applied. It absorbs quickly, leaving skin feeling hydrated but not tacky. Packaging: I adore the oblong bottle shape.
