What is the Decorté Rewards program?

Decorté Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing Decorté products and engaging with the brand. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll.

How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy and free! Simply create an account by signing up here decortecosmetics.com/pages/loyalty-rewards and enter your name, email, and password.

I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

Any customer with an active decortecosmetics.com account is automatically enrolled in our rewards program. If you have had more than one customer account with us, please note that only one rewards account was created per person.

How do I access my account information?

You can access all your info by visiting our rewards page decortecosmetics.com/pages/loyalty-rewards where you can track your current points, tier level and available benefits. All points are pending until your order ships, at which time they are added to your account and may be redeemed for rewards. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

How does Decorté Rewards work?

Decorté Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing Decorté products and engaging with the brand. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll.

There are 3 tiers, each with their own benefits:

Tier 1 Silver 0 - $749 annual spend
Tier 2 Gold $750 - $999 annual spend
Tier 3 Platinum $1,000+ annual spend

When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1 (Silver) and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive. If you spend at least $750, you’ll be automatically moved up to Tier 2 (Gold). If you spend $1,000 or more in your first year, you’ll qualify for Tier 3 (Platinum).

Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to earn enough points to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2 (Gold), during your first year, you’ll maintain Gold status during your second year. But, if you spend less than $750 during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1, Silver status on your second anniversary date.

Will I receive points for previous purchases?

You will only receive points for purchases made after creating your rewards account. Make sure to create an account before placing an order so you can receive points!

How do I redeem my points?

Earn points on every purchase! 1 Point Per $1

Higher tiers in the Decorte Rewards program earn more points at a quicker rate.

When you move up to become Gold you will be earning points 1.25 Points Per $1

When you move up to become Platinum you will be earning points 1.5 Points Per $1

How do I receive my Birthday reward?

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the Rewards Page decortecosmetics.com/pages/loyalty-rewards

On your birthday we will add 100 Points to your account.

I placed an order but no points have been added to my account. Is something wrong?

Points will be added to your account once your order ships. It may take up to 24-48 hours from the time your order ships for points to appear in your account.

Where did my points go?

When you redeem your points for product rewards, the available points in your account will decrease based on the amount of points you redeemed.

When do my points expire?

Points expire after 1 year of inactivity as determined by the last date points were earned.
